Strengthening Tea, Masala Chai

There is no set recipe or Masala Chai preparation method, many Indian families have their own recipe. The basic components of any masala chai preparation are strong black tea, whose taste is not completely masked by the various spices, as well as sugar and milk. There are spices added in the cooking tea such as cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, peppercorns, Indian bay leaves, cloves, and nutmeg.
